This company is like the factory warehouse and my items were received from Spain in 3 business days from placing the order and in professionally packed original boxes. It just does not get any better than this as a source for these items. And unless you can find some locally for more than 25% less - you are taking an unnecessary risk. I shopped for several months - this is the best source and they produced as expected and advertized.

The service is wonderful and I recd the figurine within 5 days. The only difference was that the figurine was damaged in transit. I recd the shipment on a Friday and I opened a freight claim with FedEx on a Saturday. I reported the damage to the merchant the same day and I recd a response back within a couple of hours. I was contacted by their freight forwarder on Monday and I was asked to supply pictures of the damage. The next day FedEx called me to go over the insurance claim. I am still waiting for the claim to be resolved but I have been kept informed through out the whole process. I am just hoping they can find the figurine since it is retired. Either way, I will continue to do business with this merchant. They are very easy to deal with even when a shipment doesnt arrive in perfect condition.
